My music is about love – how good it can be, sensual, romantic, universal – and how we make it through the dark times finding something to believe in. My influences are diverse—r&b, country, folk, jazz, rock and I’m obsessed with musical theater.
Being a Native New Yorker, I had the great opportunity to sing as a soloist and background singer for national jingles including ‘I Love New York’, which I sang with the late Luther Vandross. My songs have been featured on national TV, on the Lifetime channel, in daytime drama and in off-Broadway productions.
